I lie here,
clutching my chest.
My bleeding heart
turned black.
The way he
looked at me
The way he
spoke to me
As if we were
the only two people
in the entire world.
The way he told me
he was mine.
The way he said
he loved me.
It was all for nothing.
It was all for granted.
My soul, black as night
will fade into nothingness.
For he just as well
murdered me.
He took my life
and threw it away.
Like plummeting down from
the highest point of a cliff
into the cold, sharp waters below.
The pain it causes me,
I mite as well die here.
Does he know
what he has caused me?
Yes he knows,
and he would do it again.
A black tear
A black heart
A black soul
Will suffer no longer.
