She's blurred a bit
'Round the edges
But in my head
She's crystal clear
Bright eyes
Bright blue eyes
I'd call her cute
If anything
And rare as it seems
Real
A real smile
The kind with something
Other than joy behind it
Looks a little like love
And big, dark circles
Painted on
A pretty face
With too much put-on
Vertigo, darling
She's a swirl girl
Blurring, spinning, swirling
Girl
And she's a pure girl
Young
Clean
Innocent
Girl
Look in her eyes like a lover
But the look's meant
For no one
Wild girl
Feral
Born of a domestic
Now untamable
And all the better for it
Something's caught
Her
Eye
Doesn't seem too hard
And she's a dead girl
Face-down on the floor
Eyes wide
Lips parted
Dead
Girl
And she's that girl
And she's a dream girl
Soft eyes closed
Lips curved
And dreams whisper across her lids
Dream
Girl
And she's a dual girl
She's more than you know
More then she'll tell
And everything you want
Even if you're only seeing half
Of this
Dual
Girl
