International Law

life on earth could be such fun
a world of peace
for everyone
with all nuclear weapons
straight down the pan
and organised religion
subjected to a ban
the best place to pray
would be at home
that way everybody
would be left alone
no religion could be used
as a pretext for war
and love would be
International Law.

Yes, of course, this is true... Love is better than war, war is never necessary, weapons should never have been invented. But I disagree when you say that the best place to pray would be at home. People should pray together, for religion brings unity as well as separation. Religion is sometimes used as a pretext for war, but that is only when people do not accept other people's beliefs. The key is acceptance, there, and not to further separate people into the solitude of their homes. Thanks fopr entering. Shya

You point is shown clearly through I think love should be an International Law even though I dont know what closing your eyes and saying a prayer to someone you cant see Hurts anybody But everyone has there own opinion so this is a very good poem
