New

These delicate opal droplets,
They hang from your glowing lips;
Show me you’re finger deep
As we are immerced in the hazel smoke,
I can feel a new kiss
Filled with voices and trembling flames
Hold me.

Give me something new;
Crystal blue as you shine toward me
Ride me, crippled with envy
Want me
Show me your glistening shadow
Tell me that you feel me, stimulated
Give me something.

The intensity of your jasmine fills this,
Your warmth masks this hollow;
You know you can go deeper
Uncoil my silver thread,
Connecting me to memories of tedious grey
Shatter me;
I’m fragile.

What did you think

    I really like the ending stanza, Actually, on the whole I thought it was very good. There was something about... hmm...maybe the steady rhythmic flow (or at least it was a steady rhythmic flow for me!). I think it's what made this piece so great.
    wonderful write!
