rapaciously
I seize
the chance
to enter
this contest.
Author notes
1: "Rape" derives from the Latin "rapere", "to seize" or "lay hold of". By way of contrast, the French utilize "viol", which in English equates with "violation". For me, this was an enlightenment in cultural difference - and one may well say "Vive la Difference!".

One Notes That...
I guess the note relates more to what you anticipated of an entry to a contest regarding rape. (My mother was a co-founding member of WEL here in Australia, btw. I remember drawing a cartoon for Nation Review for the "Reclaim The Night" marches back in the old days when to wear a mini-skirt was to invite a plea of Innocent to Rape charges, on the grounds that "She was asking for it", and the expectancy one would have the case dismissed - if one was male).
A haiku, I cannot enter:
Violation to
A Frenchman is what Rape is
To an Englishman.

Master Anarchy.
