Every reader who looks at this will find a little of themselves in this, the death of love can come swiftly or it can draw out over time, it all ends the same way, sitting at the foot of a grave, that says love lived here...

Though the prompt is rather a macabre one, one cannot help but interpret alot of hidden meanings, What is it?...But you leave us to guess with this 20 liner. All this reader can say, in love there will be storms, and sometimes the storms pass over, and emotions and minds clear, and all resumes to normal slowly, in the recovery process....!"A plain truth" and sad write.Unique choice of words makes this have the profound message...not one of no hope..but hope perhaps in future....As always words are your mastery in many poems!
