for a heart abounding in poignant emotivity,
gone are the jaded afflictions
just confusion...
just Confusion...
Surprise is there holding hands with
Patience and an ominous Admonition waiting
just as well
Gratitdue's number is 452
right behind a pompous Facade
salvage Pride, he's first in line
and he's not acquiescent like
Sorrow behind him
sometimes I think you
should leave Sorrow
where you found him
unfortunately he doesn't
quite feel the same way
a cure, I'm told,
is a collaboration
between your head
and your heart
I will start
as soon as there
is a bridge
to travel across

Yes. ;)
Sorrow is an obstreperous brute.
This is a good job. There's only one thing wrong with it. NO PUNCTUATION. You didn't read the rules.

Good
It blends nicely and the story works well -
I liked the ending the best. really nails it. well written, pen on poet!

The order of the day is placed very well and it should be that every reader could relate. If they do not it is only because they just don't get it. I'm not sure I have seen something worded quite this well in a while regardless of the theme. The things that go on inside us and make us react the way we do is often a mystery when we look in the mirror. You have uncovered in a few lines what takes a lifetime to figure out. I hope you realize that and know that your words regarding our different faces has not fallen on deaf ears. RC

Thanks! I love to play with words and punctuation. It's amazing what one little change can do.
Thank you for your kind words. At 21 I hope to discover more than the things I have already learned.

it has been a while my friend but I see you still live up to your dubbed "spigot"

I hope all has been well and mayhaps you can fill me in

Hello old friend. I have been busy in my other life where I have to cursh my spigot. I am married now.
I hope to hear more from you as well. It has been too long.
Your one and only spigot,

well don't crush it to the point you lose yourself either my amiga. WOW and CONGRATS on the "I dos". Here you ran off and got married and I recently ran off and am trying to afford a divorce, ha. I had packed all my belongings that were feasible and moved over 3,000 miles away...sigh. Talk about changes... Catching up I would love to do since the last I heard you were away in school

Awwww. It seems half my friends are getting married and the other half divorced.
Sorry dear. I hope it's not to rough on you and that you put your heart on paper.
I do.
I finished culinary school almost two years now. I can't believe it has been that long.
Shame on me.

. Yeah it scares how quick time does go by. I have been thinking about trying to write again, but finding the appropriate words to pen has been difficult. Things have definitely been indescribable for me, ha. I am so happy to hear that you did finish school!!! That is something to be most proud of

Holy Hell!
This is what Ive been missing in my life, you in all your glory. Hope I havent been gone too long, I havent written in months and its like being an addict without a the drug. I never knew your name was Kurstin, thats odd to me Yink. What I love about this is instead of living our lives and dealing with the emotions as they play out minute by minute, we live our emotions and let our lives revolve around them, at least i have been, and it crushes me.
Take Care
