What stretched forth hand
Doth bring promise
Of a new day?
What gallant means
Of measure wilst
Humanity portray?
Shall it be said
All time be still?
What then will be of
Men, rocks, women and hills?
Would desire seek for
A mortal face
After tasting eternal grace?
Save a mortal eternal
A hallowed place.
Hence where no time or space
Be granted for courage nor brave
Seeking nothing less than flight
Give birth its born for time
To grant its new day

Very well done. I truly think your words would be more powerful with a different color background. The words seem to blend in too much. Thank you for your entry and good luck in the contest.
