Raindrops

I hear the rain outside my house and it reminds me of a thousand tears I have yet to cry.

It reminds me of a thousand heartbreaks i'll have and all the times i'll wish to die.

But will I? NO! I'll keep standing strong like I always do.

I'll be there for my friends and give advice too.

And why? It's because in life happiness is the key.

Raindrops are falling in my life, but they don't need to affect people around me.

I will NOT hurt the people I love, It's as simple as that.

    Great poem Carrie!
Yeah, you will never truly realize how much the four of us love you and how upset we become when we see your sadness.
You're always there for us, and deal with all of our B.S and we can always count on you, hopefully the same way you can count on us
    Love ya! <3

I must say I have to agree with Argon on this one. A very simple and short piece, but full of depth and such powerful emotions. I love the title you chose for this Carrie. Well done!

this piece may seem simple and just randomness, but when looked at in depth you can see pieces that really bring out feelings and meanings other then the norm. the future, past and present are things that are very important to think about, but are we really sure about anything?
