Test this bloodied wrist and see the scars of old memories
know the white lines that trail along my skin were meant for you
Forever to remind me of the destruction below my feet and above my head

the screams piercing the stars above
shattering the glass holding my hope and truth amongst the blackened heart
I feel nothing but my sadness stabbing me over and over
and the red roses blooming from the cuts
as I float down the river of Styx
hoping maybe will find me either in this life or the next
or to take my residence eternally among the dead

tear me to shreds and wear me out
shatter my once stable mind and set loose the insanity
