Food is not food
Food is made up of numbers
memorized numbers haunting you,
keeping you from knowing the real names
all you know is four digits making up
what you are about to eat
emotions cluttered and sputtering
down to your inward pointed feet
you don't know how to feel
but you know that realism isn't real
that if you decided to sketch that 4071
you wouldn't know what to do
your face left without a clue
stiffen up your jaw
and narrow up your eyes
those few words hiding your demise
you walk up to the desk and let those people know
that you are sick of those things
that just can't let you go
that the 4050 makes you laugh
and the 4060 makes you squrm
that this whole world makes your stomach turn
that its time to leave
it all is bulding up climbing down
making everything crumble around
in words that can not be found
I think i'm quitting
I think my life is off the ground.
