You left me broken
You left me there
You left me for dead
You where supposed to be my friend
tell me what it feels like to be a coward
To watch a loved one die
What drove you to such a crime
Was you afraid, was you scared
With one word
With one whisper
It all would of ended
But no you ran
I remember that night
Buried in my mind
I will never forget
Will you?
Can you forgive yourself
Can you tell yourself
That it wasn’t your fault
That you wasn’t to blame
Or do you live with the guilt
Cry every night
Remmber my face
So bloody and torn
Coward that’s all I can see
I needed your help as a friend
But you left for me dead
And I cant forgive
And I will not forget

nice perspective
i like this because of the perspective its written from
there is an intensity in this, and i think that you could possibly get more out of this theme, what happened to the victim?, what caused this crime to take place, etc etc etc, well done.
