When the Germans occupied France
The Maqui lead them all quite a dance
They blew up the the trains
Their tanks and their planes
Those heroes of the resistance
When the Israelis occupied palestine
Bulldosed villages time after time
Arabs were treated like tramps
Hounded into refugee camps
And when they started to resist
The israelis shouted “Terrorist”

Nom de plume
When your country is occupied the occupier is your enemy
do you think the french underground resistance who fought so bravely against their occupiers (the nazis)should have been denounced,
talk sense. That was the whole point of my poem which you obviously missed. George

Nice one Edna
Now we'll see whether the colour of his skin will make
any difference to Abama's policy in the middle east.
He's already come out in favour of continuing the 50 years old illegal blockade against Cuba despite a recent poll of America domiciled Cubans who want an end to it...George
