Untitled

Farce of a human; gorge-eyed, empty vessel

Whose martyred acts induce covert warfare.

Tear-armoured, each cataclysmic sob shakes my soul's constellation

And crumbles the fortress of my mind-

First subtly and then with vengeance and liquor-lipped mirth

And in the wake of my inner-destruction

She turns my world to gold

So that she; as the sacrificial victim

To the trenchant jaws of my insatiable hunger

And unending gloom

Can assign to me the culpability

For the ravaged state of her core.

So many lovely images: "soul's constellation", "liquor-lipped mirth" etc.

I shake my finger at you for the rather emo background but give the yellow smiley things for the great poem

    Small spelling mistake:

    'farce' -'face'

Great write, deep imagery. Strong emotions.
    Nicely done
