When poor voters must make selections
Pols talk sweet as honey
To control the money
That flows from our damn tax collections
The results of political sins?
When the counting of all votes begins
The count that's most true
More folks don't vote than do
So the real math says "Nobody" wins!

All these politics just get on my nerves!
In the fifth line you had "flows" twice, by accident I think.

You know you are right. It is a shame that more don't vote, but then again, if more did vote, would it really make a difference in the way this country is going? I am not sure. All of the government and polical parties are just out to line their pockets, and the poor working man suffers.... I mean, you almost have to make $20.00 an hr. just to survive today. But then as the saying goes, "the more you make, the more they take" So who wins, those in government, and politics.... they are the ones that have the fat wallets, not the low and poor working man/woman. We suffer......
