Some learn at a young age
What takes others years,
Get what they are wanting
Life's Giggles,not Life's tears.
Some seem to know upfront
The things that they desire,
And then work to that end
To flame their heart's own fire.
Others never catch on
Until they're on their own,
And it's then they wonder
Just why they're all alone.
I've found I'm a slow starter
But once I do catch on,
I'm a gung-ho tiger
Before the thrill is gone.
So whether a go-getter
Or late bloomer my friend,
Do what is right for You--
You'll be glad in the end!
