Why do you sit and cry?
Outside there is a blue sky.
Go out go run,
Go have some fun,
If you stay inside it will just get worse,
And you'll hurt and hurt.
Still inside?
Go out and find a new place to hide.
If you go out then you feel very good,
You feel just like you should.
If you can't go outside,
Pretend to fly or ride.
Why feel bad in the first place?
People look at you with distaste.
Wipe the tears off your face,
Because hey!
What's Wrong?

Nice poem! I can see that it was written with intent. (And I just read the other comments, but whatev') It makes me want to put down my computer and go run around outside for a while! Way to go!

Thank you very much my friend. I appreciate this very much.
What's wrong is my reunion with my family over the holidays has come to a dark end and we're not even talking to each other. We've ended up in this place before but now it's gotten quite bad. I don't want to ramble on about it but I'm touched by this poem of yours. It really makes my day. Thanks for entering my contest. Good luck.

This is beautiful advice. I need to bookmark this for when I get down
Everything feels better when you're outside playing, even if it's raining you can put on your slicker and boots and stomp some puddles
You've got my vote! Great rhyme!
