M'Lord m'love I dwell here alone
nevermore to roam free.
Across the great divide
I dare not approach the tides.
I know-est my eyes will feast not
upon thy handsome face again.
Fantasizing thy soft sweet kiss
alas thou shall know-est
what became of me.
Stormy nights, ship tossed
crew loss; I swam ashore.
Surviving on bottles of wine,
mango, coconut, fish
memories of how we dined.
Guess I be here M'Lord m'love
until the end of time.
In my sorrow
I still love thee;
Truly
Lady Novy

That is just gorgeous... I didn't particularly like the background but the poem was amazing! I am left wondering who is she... what is the story behind this... but not knowing makes it even more dramatic... love it. Thanks for entering and good luck.
