As His eye shines upon the world
a new day starts in grace unfurled
clouds reflecting softest hues
across a sky of purest blues.
Horizon meets on mountain proud
where silence cloaks in tender shroud
a place where sea and sky doth meet
the centre of this earth's heartbeat.
Calming waves ripple to the tune
commanded by ebb and flow of moon
within His gaze a restful peace
as earth sends up sighs of release.
This perfect scene is not by chance
but God's creation at a glance,
in blessed gifts this earth abounds
just take some time to look around.
