How does one live their life?

They stop looking to the past,
For there is nothing you can do to change it.
They stop looking to the future,
For tomorrow has enough troubles of it's own.
They live in today,
For today is all we have.
Today we breath, today our hearts beat.
Today we make mistakes,
For experience is the only real teacher everyone has.
Today we can shut our mouths,
For by witnessing others that we experience life.
Today we are alive,
So we continue to live.
