He's the moon that dares to shine
The waves that reach the shore
The thorn in the side of the bigoted man
The poet that I adore
It's 2008
And still there is hate
Innocents judged
Leaving heaven to fate
To save one man
To make someone think
To take them to water
Convince them to drink
