I can see it in your eyes

Sadness befalls your eyes my lady

a painful shadow hides your smile

your eyes pleading caress upon mine

as if to lift this vale of grief

Magic I`ll work for you my fair lady

spells I shall cast upon your way

to gods and demons, invocations

to Earth and Moon, I`ll place my plea.

But then, could my love and only

cure and soothe, your pained heart?

That poem I wrote for you and it was the poem that brought us together
Are you trying to tell me that your eyes were sad then because you were sorry of a love you lost?
Maybe i am a fool, and did not know
    Nice one love

Too much sadness blinds some eyes so they cannot see love until after its gone. These eyes look back in sorrow
