i don't believe in destiny
you make your life what it is
you take yourself where you want to go
sitting around in the dark
waiting for someone to tell you where to go??
your destined to fall
YOU need to lead yourself
to your full potential
you can be so much
do so many things
BELIEVE in yourself
and you'll get there
I've learned one thing
don't depend on ANYONE
There's two roads in life
the rocky road that's a dead end
or the smooth road to a destination
another person will drag you down
a rocky road to a dead end
But the ONLY thing that will get you
to your destination
is your own to legs.
I don't believe in destiny
you will end up
where you put yourself.
Rely on NO ONE..
depend on yourself.

I don't believe in destiny either. But I do believe in God...and we can rely on Him. Trusting the Lord is the only way to true success. I particularly noticed the lines

Powerful words.
Scripture says,
"Wide is the way that leads to destruction,
and many there be that follow it.
Narrow is the way that leads to salvation."
All that being said, I still enjoyed this entry in my contest. Thanks for taking the time to put your opinion into such eloquent words.
