How does beauty feel?
Cool breezes stroking exposed skin
Skin of ancient bronze, smooth as Persian silk
(Touch me)
What is the aroma of beauty?
Is it orchid blossoms falling gently on to sacred meadows?
Or the scent of rain before it touches the ground
(Close your eyes)
What is the sound of beauty?
A child’s laughter at nothing at all
A whisper of “I love you” when love is needed.
(Listen, my love)
No, beauty is a woman that knows she is beauty
Feels beautiful, smells of precious splendor
Exquisite melodies within her
This operatic concerto that sings,
I am beauty , I am pleasure
Because I know
I am a woman
(and it makes me happy)

All I seen was a woman content from within. AND!! It doesn't always have to be a man to make a woman happy. It can be just because she exist.

The beauty from within softly glowing from without...I feel your words of tenderness in this piece...as though you have looked inside her heart and her head...all the little things that make her who she is...Happiness from within...sigh...still a master at poetry my friend

well most of all a man usually cant make a women happy. just wanted to dispell the myth there. lol. hah. Books are better than men because...so many reasons exist. look it up in the library. This is a great write . I enjoyed the first 3 stanzas the most.

I have to go with the usually, because ran in to, to many woman that were happpy. And it has nothing to do with sex. Most books are based on wishful relationships and fantazies. Which most men think differently about. Books are great but usually men are fixated on logical and physical attributes. Woman USUALLY go beyond that.

this is very sensual and elliquent (think I spelled that right) anyways. I couldn't agree with your author more this really descibed a woman who is at peace, love, treasure and repects everything about herself. I do believe everyone can take lesson away from this piece. About loving yourself and to not be overly concerned about others opinion of you, once the world see's that you love yourself from within, then real love from the outside will come easy.
