Twenty three years of pictures
in several piles
gathered from the far corners
of our hearts.
These photons captured on film
facing me,
opening fissures thought forgotten,
leaking memories into the now.
Acceptance seems so far away.
I see you laughing.
I see you
in my mind's eye
always right here,
your warm smile baking permanent
into my soul,
forever supporting
the architecture of my heart.
Twenty three years of pictures,
recalling a love...you.

Here is my tribute to my nephew who died just after Christmas, a great man, father and friend. Scott, you will be missed.

It can be seen that you clearly miss this person, and they would be very proud of you if they could see this now.
Not only is it heartfelt, it is very touching and moving. I really like it. Reminded me of one of my favourite songs, Photograph - Nickelback.

This is as heartfelt a eulogy as anyone could hope for. The expressions you employ as so gripping that they almost feel surrealistic for their uniqueness. But in fact, they as just the opposite, very truely meant and accurately delivered.
