teens

we are trapped in secretiveness
like a little mouse running to hide
for it is a supprise because there the best of friends
so exited to spill the beans
there are a whole bunch of teens
in a little room ready to scream
Because it is her birthday and she is no longer a adolescent

Author notes

random just made it up doesn't really resemble anything but it could if you were going to plan a suprise party

This starts out nicely. I like the metaphor in the first two lines. I also liked the aspect of silence that you picked. . .the one that comes right before a suprise. Thanks for the poem!
