In life we all act different
make different choices
that take us different places.
We all look different
and are unique in all sorts of ways.
But in the big picture
we all go together.
We all connect in one way
or the other to make
a great world to live in.
Yea life may suck sometimes
and people might be jerks.
But we gotta look at
the times when life is worth living
and the people you love and cherish
and know we are all
the same in the end
Life is one big puzzle
and every person you meet
in life is just another
piece

the first four lines all contain the word different...
and you are doing more telling than showing, the message that you wanted to portray. i see a general, uplifting message, that could be spoken by anyone. i dont see anything that shows me how you write, or who you are as a writer.
as a motivational speech, this is very good.
as a poem though, it's not that strong -
Yes. This is really good. It has a good meaning and is written well. I really like the way that the words go together, they don't ryhme but they still fit like puzzle pieces!

Thank you for your entry, a wonderful response to the prompt. I like the way you saw life as a puzzle, which it surely is, but you took that further, to see that we all, together, make up that puzzle by fitting in to each other. Well written, well thought out and presented.
