Strong emotions here, but a nice steady rhyming scheme which gives it a nice flow. I thought this was about cigarettes for a while... until you said -

Hope you manage to overcome it, I dont want you being in love with my dad forever erin, even if you can supply him with piles cream!

This was a very strong write, full of emotion too. I think it flows really well and I really like the way you talked about this love as an addiction. So true. One thing I think would make it look better is if it was aligned to center instead of left. Just a personal prefrence though. Overall this was really good! Kudos to you!
