Jesus is My Morning Glory

Can you hear it? Coming quickly,
A train of change, ready to bowl,
Ready to invade, to impact,
Like massive tidal waves of vine.

A train of change, ready to bowl,
He's coming to take me down, out.
(He'll throw a 300 on me...)
The lanes are waxed. Here comes the ball

Ready to invade, to impact.
I'm not ready for the sound crash.
(But I know why we need clean lanes...)
I will be when I look the part-

Like massive tidal waves of vine,
Jesus is my morning glory.
Let Your light cover my windows
As you set up another frame.

Your form is spot on with the counts and structure. I had a little trouble finding the green, perhaps the vine reference. I do see some simile. Nice entry to this round. Thank you so much. ~Pamela
