Hidden tears of the soul.
Fall as the world sleeps.
Crimson in color, as my heart bleeds.
Blades of silver, pierce my existence.
Slicing the light, peeking through spots.
Replacing with black, embracing my thoughts.
A river now flowing, as the nation dreams.
Pillowcase stained, shades of crimson.
Morning approaching, upon the horizon.
Turn the lever, water-works slow.
