Shes facing her world
one step at a time
Her layers of caffeine
slide in and out of her blood
as her eyes cry out her emotions
and her mind slips away from right.
But he asks if shes happy
where her heart is at
[shes still in love with her yesterday]
and today shes so alone
without him still close by
He's a traveling soldier
trying to make the world change for them
But his blood is too cold
theres no more love in his eyes.
And he tells her to save all
those tears shes been crying over him
but shes emotionally exhausted
and these recent tears
are burning so much harder
as she throws more whiskey
down her throat[sliding and shining]
it's way to her stomach
Shes burning deeper holes
but no more smoke enters her lungs
She doesnt think she'll last much longer
but he's telling her he has to
hold on just a few more years
but by then she'll find her way
and she won't hold
onto his hand much longer.
Tomorrow could change
and his chain will fall from her neck
in haste to surround her
in this perfect atmosphere.
Her musics like a heat wave;
white lightening drowning all he is.
She leaves his image so far behind
as she moves away to her dream
[he's following his too]
and now they're too far away
Today she looks in the mirror
and her reflection
isnt her own staring back at her.
But maybe one day
she'll find herself without
breaking herself in two.

and shes on her own now.

firstly thanks very much sweetie. im happy you liked it.
secondly. my thoughts. i know you have tommy. and he seems to make you happy. but bby, you're always gonna love aaron. just like im always gonna love chad. and friendship is gonna take some time, chad and i are working on it. but we fight and get angry wit eachother. then dont talk for weeks at a time. then he needs to talk about something. or if he somehow finds out im not doing too good. so he'll call me and we'll talk for hours, catch up then hang out for a few days, then we fights and its all over for awhile.
just take it a day at time with aaron. and with tommy just be careful.
i love you. and i want you to be okay and for you to be there i get there this summer okay.
