I love fire
to dance in it is
a beautiful thing
but it also can turn on you.
Fire is a lot like love
it holds you
and mesmerizes you
then it throws you away.
Yet I can utilize flame
make it bend to my will
make it do what i want
it to.
It's like a slow dance
with the person you love
graceful and soft
then dangerous and hard.
In the end it leaves
you lonely and cold
it's warmth gone
and it's cruel.
