Joni's Christmas

When Christmas is here,
Joni's amazed.
She stares at the tree,
her eyes ablaze.

She wags her tail,
and ornaments smash.
Then she'll run out in the snow,
like a golden dog flash.

She'll roll around,
her tail going like crazy.
When she sees snow,
she's not very lazy.

Then she'll look very confused,
saying "What is this stuff?"
Then she'll roll abain,
like it's not cold enough.

Then she'll come inside,
dusted with white.
She'll do a doggy smile,
saying "Christmas is alright!"
