  I feel so many different things around you
That a 1000 words can’t even describe what
I feel.
All these feelings are confusing me
Everyday I keep thinking about you
Night or day.
You make me feel as calm as the deep blue sea,
Whenever I look into your beautiful dark eyes.
A 1000 words can tell how much I care for you,
And how my heart races when I see your face.
Everytime I think about you I think about the
Times that you held me in your arms and
Whispered sweet nothings in my ear.
A 1000 words can’t even describe what I feel
About you.
A 1000 words can describe what I feel inside
Towards you.
A 1000 words is what it will take to say
I love you.

    Hehe. I actually use the line 'a thousand "I love you"s' in the story! It's great to see it here!
    I'm not too keen on enjambement in modern poetry - it is not often very well done - but here you kept the reader's attention and broke in the right places, so I didn't mind it.
    However, I would have liked to see less cliches within the piece. There were few lines that were not very similar to something I have heard or read before. I know the words are effective, but they lose their meaning after you have heard them so many times!

    There is a song called 1,000 Words that I was actually expecting this to be inspired from... It's a beautiful song if you ever get a chance to check it out... this was a lovely addition to the contest though, perfect for Valentine's Day.
