THE RACE AGAINST NATURE

It seems like nature has no chance
Against the human race
Upon its grave we do our dance
While spitting in her face.

Innocent life we must protect
In our water, earth and air
The greedy have the least respect
While the powerful don’t care.

Those who care enough to see
Try doing all they can
But it starts with you and me
To save the earth from man.
