I've lived my life
dreaming of a new one,
always looking towards
the edges
of reality,
wanting things no one can have.
I've wished for abilities,
for money, power,
love,
everything I don't have,
and may never
have.
Maybe I could start a band,
maybe I could write,
or maybe I could just live.
They say life is full
of surprises, I think reality
is one of them.
Maybe one day I'll greet it.
