Is it a sickness that
Creeps
Deep into your veins
And begins taking
Over your very being
Or is it a demon
After a more sinister
Goal
Are you sick if you
Have one moment of
Happiness
Followed by a lifetime of
Sadness
Or are the sick ones the happy ones
Is it sick to want to
All the evil to escape you
In whatever way that means
Is it sick to cry
And then laugh
All for no reason
Am I sick for being this way
Crazy
Out of control
Happy
Unbelieving
Needing to escape
Wishing for death
Not giving a fuck
Maybe being sick is really
In the veins
And getting it out
Is an impossible task
