I still remember feeling
But it's not so clear
It's fading in my memory
Untill it disappears
I still remember dreaming
But it's not so whole
It's breaking off in pieces
Untill it's worthless to hold
As every wish becomes more dim
Every day starts to seem the same
Because hopelessness is taking over
And all that's left is reget and shame
I still remember loving
But it's falling apart

I really love this poem. It flows very nicely and doesn't sound forced. I love the lines:
