I hate how you were my best friend
and I had to watch you fall
I hate how you forced yourself on me
and wanted to take my all
I hate what you did to our sons
and how you broke their hearts
I hate how helpless I was to stop you
how stupid I felt – no smarts
I hate how you put me down in front of others
and treated me with disdain
I hate how you bought the sports car
and left me a one eyed truck in the rain
I hate how your words slid glibly from your lips
only to be replaced with others
I hate how your promises all got broken
and how you manipulated like our mothers
I hate how I loved you and hurt for you
and always forgave you, too
I hate how you just blew me off
and would not even argue
And one thing that I REALLY hate
is I find myself wanting to hate YOU!!!

Yeah It was earlier in the movie then the clip starts. You really should watch the movie it is an excellent movie. The movie its self is based off of a shakespeare play, "The Taming of the Shrew" and Kat's best friend is a shakespeare fanatic -
