    Great read!

    I like this. Short and to the point. There is only one suggestion I would make and that would be to switch the order of the words, "body" and "mind" in line 2 so that it reads "Exercise the mind as well as the body" because it would emphasize MIND which people tend to neglect to exercise over the body which, whether we do it or not, everyone knows we should. Does that make sense to you? I always feel a bit insecure making suggestions unless I know someone wants them, so I hope you aren't offended. Keep writing!
