Picture a world where everyone suffers,
little children are hungry
and crying to their mother,
schools and churches not doing enough,
the world that I know is becoming so rough.
Diseases and death all over the earth,
help is not cheap, life has no worth,
chaos and ruin where ever we go,
a world without prayer and no chance of hope.
This is the world where I suffer!

This is Part 8 to a little mini series that I am working on entitled "Picture This". I hope that I can keep this going as long as possible.

Sounds familiar - is this where we are at now? Churches are seeing fewer parishoners, people working Sundays, sporting activities on Sundays - wars never ending it seems, greed outweighing poverty - not a pleasant picture you paint with your words. Not nice at all, but very accurate. Sentiments well expressed in these lines. Keep writing.
