The ball finally dropped
The clock struck midnight
Momentarily parties stopped
Balloons and party favors are splashed
To bring the brand New Year inside
Done with the yesterday
Long gone is last year
Old mistakes are forgotten and forgiven
Hurt and pain of past is left behind
For New Year has finally come around
Waiting for today to be another historical chapter
Opening clean pages for new stories
With positive attitude in our heart
Laying strong foundation in our minds
This New Year will be all mine
I will make this year mine
This year is truly going to be a Happy New Year
With this thinking to follow
Let’s hopefully pray joining hands
May all the wishes of our hearts come true
Love be dwelling in our hearts
Peace be settling around us
Humankind finds eternal truths of humility and kindness
And may our political leaders could just the leaders
And may we find ourselves back to be disciple of God
So we can never get lost in the crowd
Of course personally you all can list your own wishes
I’m sure if you are determined
Open the closed doors of your heart
Let the windows of mind get breath of fresh air
Seek the knowledge of divinity
You will definitely
Find what you have been looking all over the place
Just sitting beside you
Wishing everyone a very very prosperous, bright
And wonderfully happy New Year
That fills your life with joyful memories
To be written in life’s chapters
While you embrace the new beginning
By letting the past fly far into the skies forever

A great piece here and I hope everyone this year tries a little harder and those that arent on drugs stands strong and do all we can to get drugs banned completly for if we dont our young will never see the future that is so blessed before them
