The angels dance around us
An aura some people believe
The angels know they’re needed
Especially while you grieve
Like knights in shining armour
They protect the inner you
Signs are sent to show us
The things we secretly knew
It’s okay to cry aloud
Okay to fall apart
The angels are there to remind us
That heaven is in our hearts
Photos cherished forever
Carried close even when we’re old
Memories always treasured
Songs that touch the soul
So when you look for heaven
Look inside yourself
Beyond the pain and anguish
Are the angels sent to help

This poem is great. It was a wonderful rythem and flow, and looks rather well thought out. I love the last stanza, it's just so concluding and makes you feel so positive. The only thing I can really say needs work, is the punctuation. But it is still a very nice write indeed. Thanks for entering!
