This winter is long and fierce
It is cold and bitter
And my longing for the spring
Is so immense
I wish to smell the flowers
To roll in the grass
This dirty little cave
Where I spend this long, dark days
Brings me no happiness
I am so very tired of this winter
I long for the spring
