Love is lame,
but has won its fame,
it cannot be tamed,
or named,
Love is faithful,
And should never be
hurtful,
It is very personal.
Love should never play games
with the heart,
or pretend to be smart,
Love is not an art.
Love hurts
Love does not have eyes,
and should not despise,
It does not beleive in lies,
and never cries,
Yet Love hurts.
Love is full of pain and sorrow,
sometimes even feels hollow,
like a burrow.
Love is a burden,
sometimes with many children,
or a husband.
True love is what it is,
True love never hurts,
until death do us
part.
Love always and
trust your heart and
we will never be apart.

To me this was a good poem; granted it seemed to make sure that the reader knows that love can hurt.
and I understand that it can but hte one line that impressed me the most and definitely caught my attention was, "and should never be hurtful".
It is very true and I'm still having issues with having to confront that truth....
you cant make some one love you who doesn't and def. can't make yourself love anyone.....
but i'm rambling.... good job!
