I just realized we chose the same word
(Buzzer),ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhha!!, "reword".
Not a chance, I thought of it in advance
Though I've never chosen one,
I must take a solid stance.
I've always felt it important to be consistent
matter not how different or to what extent
be compassionate, kind, polite or goofy
be the same, be who you are
just be consistently goofy.
Consistency is what makes reliability
character, attitude and personality
being a decent person yourself
trying to be consistently the same
Being your same old self
It's not always an easy thing to do
that's why it's New Years resolution too
be into the good parts of life
Live it, and live it good be solid,
have conviction, avoid strife.
I wish everyone the best for the New Year
being happy and full of cheer
live life for the best
be who you are
may everyone be blessed

Excellent Poem
Very nice write. I love the part consistantly makes reliability and the rest of the stanza. Very nice write, excellent I might add for a New Years Poem and wishing everyone a Happy New Year! I like the rhyme and flow, not an easy poem to write upon. Is your word really Consistancy or is it having Morals? Which ever it maybe your poem is a beautiful one and thank you for entering my contest.
