(from THE LONG & WINDING ROAD/A YELLOW BUS BOOK coming SOON!)
We rode racing bikes
in sunny Burgundy,
over hill and dale,
so happy to be free -
wearing yellow jerseys,
like in The Tour de France,
and mellow yellow sweaters,
pulled over racing pants.
Piff was in the rear,
with Lisa and JuJu,
with Little Legs and Dillon,
and the puffing Cara Lou.
Vinny was the leader,
near Happy and Fe Fe,
In front of Hilly, Lily, Millie,
Finty and Sammy.
Growler was with Passion,
and with Miss Kitty, too,
next to Tom 'The Turtle',
who was chasing Cara Lou.
Mr. Howard and Fiona,
Dionte and Mars Bar,
were the smartest of us all,
relaxing in a car.
I zoomed by old white churches,
and a lovely, red brick school,
by pretty little cottages,
to the rear of Cara Lou.
Everyone was laughing,
and breaking every rule,
tomorrow I'd be known,
as The Yellow Racing Fool.
JoAnna was with GrandPa,
who said "THESE BIKES ARE COOL!"
somewhere in the middle,
of our mellow yellow crew.
I zoomed by fancy restaurants,
by aromatic cafe's, too,
behind Tom 'The Turtle,
and huffing puffing Cara Lou!
Oh? Jim was with our bus,
sleeping in the back,
in an old garage,
that was installing a bike rack.
efhjr.

We're in the warm sunshine with all this yellow around us again and I think I want to be realxing in the car with Dionte and Mars bar lol. It's no good! You all cycle too fast for me! I must have stopped off and ate too much at the fancy restaurants with Cara Lou.

Ah wee wee mon amie!
What my hub Phil would give to be riding with us...he is mad keen on cycling...mind you, I was in love with Lance Armstrong for a while-all that strong, pumping thigh muscle!!! -
Ok, so I had a lil time left...
actually I was very anxious to see
Now I got one question...where is my Fabu Outfit for the yellow bus ride?
a Diamond Diva stays in tact...at all times, even on the bus with family and friends
just kidding...still this was very cool, I love your imagnination Earl...very vivid and fun.
Thanks for including me

Now that I would love to see, you in racing pants LOL!!! Oh what a picture this has created in my mind and what fun you are all having. This takes me back to when I did the London to Brighton bike ride for the British Heart Foundation, after coming off my bike 2miles pass the start line and nearly killing myself, giving myself a black eye from eye to chin, twisting my knee and ankle then going 10miles in the wrong direction because some fool had moved the signs, I still completed it in 9 hours Yey! Not quite Tour de France and now I have written down what happened seems quite comical, but I was wearing a yellow T-Shirt LOL!!!
Wicked!
Love You ~sugar~ xxx
