I hate
the words
that pour from my mouth -
they seep into blood
flooding heart of her I hurt.
These words of uttered harm,
crucifies my precious love -
all because
of emotional flow.
My soul lies at the feet
of her that I have crushed;
I am lost and shattered,
because of uttered word.
Why is it
that her I love
is treated with words
she does not deserve?

Exploring Emotions ....
and their causes and effects, often leaves one with remorse and devastated. The human nature is such that hurt overflows in the presence of safety and trust. Yet: having this freedom of expression, places a bigger responsibility in the self-disciplinary area. I could not help thinking of your "pillars" when I read this poem.
