I wake up today
Close my eyes to ease the pain
I'll just roll over in bed
And forget the day
Forget the hurt that I'm put through
One day I'll remember you
Think of what we used to do
Hate myself for losing you
Hate myself till I get through
After a few hours
I might get up
I might eat
I'll get dressed and start my life
Starting new, maybe tomorrow
Maybe tomorrow, maybe tomorrow
Living always was a pain
A cheap ride you can't get off
Until I met you
One day I'll remember you
Think of what we used to do
Hate myself for losing you
Hate myself till I get through
The days are never all that kind
I walk through days as if I am blind
Hating to remember you
Sleep for days till my life is through
Sleep for days till my life gets through
One day I'll remember you
Think of what we used to do
Hate myself for losing you
Hate myself till I get through
Remember you
Forget the pain
Remember you
What would Jesus do...

This is a very interesting write in the manner of which we aften deal with the pain of wanting to forget about those who have hurt us in some way. Your words, well they are such that keeps things simple yet still hits where and how it should. Thank you for entering. Best of luck to you!
