today im sitting here in this chair
thinking about everything ive done in the past
maybe i wasnt strong enough for this new chapter
but darn it im going to make the best of it
ive never been the best of anything
but this is my life
so i can be the best of that, right?
this likely wont win a trophy,
however it'll make me smile-
because today, instead of sitting around feeling sorry for myself
im moving on to something more,
thank you god for your love you gave me
thank you god for showing me you cared
thank you god for always being there
and never fussing over how i live my life
thanks for being my best friend

okay so for the past couple of days ive been rather down, some would call how i was feeling a littel 'emo' but im throwing it al away so i can make the best out of life.... hope you enjoyed the little piece.

I liked this because it is raw and seems to have been written for no one other then the writer! To me, those are the best writes! The ones we open ourselves to simply ourselves! Bravo!
